Service Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Clients may cancel their branding services by submitting a written request to our support team at studio@brandman.agency.

Please note:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
• If work has already started, only a partial refund may be granted based on the stage of project completion.
• No cancellations will be accepted once the project enters the final delivery or execution phase.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund process is structured to be fair to both parties:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

• Duplicate or erroneous payments.
• Service not delivered as agreed upon in the initial proposal, subject to internal review.
• Technical errors or failures that prevent delivery of promised branding services.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Digital services already delivered or in progress (e.g., logo design, brand strategy, website design).
• Customized branding packages once concepts are approved.
  Third-party service fees (e.g., domain registration, software licenses).

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Brandman reserves the right to refuse a refund request under the following conditions:

• Client fails to respond or communicate for over 14 days.
• Scope creep or changes initiated by the client after project approval.
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences once the agreed deliverables have been met.
